Rooted In You, Mama!
NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Michelle Garcia
I’m a Life Transition Coach and mama of two, here to support women who love their babies deeply yet quietly think, “Life used to feel so much easier… I am just so tired.”
I’ve been there — crying daily, overwhelmed, touched out, and questioning all of my life choices. I felt disconnected and angry, wondering who I even was anymore. That fog is real, but it’s not the end of you. It’s just the beginning.
Like every true transformation, it comes with its share of hurdles. My mission is to walk beside you through that fog — helping you cut through the noise, reconnect with yourself, and rise into motherhood with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

From Fog to Freedom
I still remember the day I looked in the mirror and thought, “WTF am I even doing?”
On the outside, I looked like I had it together. But inside, I was drowning. I cried for months. I felt touched out, overwhelmed, and angry — angry at my circumstances, angry that my partner got to go to work while I was left alone at home, and angry that no one seemed to understand what I was going through.
I lived in constant fight-or-flight, haunted by vivid fears of everything that could go wrong. Society told me to “be grateful,” family asked, “When’s the next one?”, and the world expected me to stay quiet and just deal. But the truth was, I felt like a stranger in my own life.
Motherhood changes everything — your body, your mind, your entire sense of self. And no matter how much I loved my baby, I couldn’t escape the feeling like I had lost myself.
For a long time, I thought the answer was to somehow “go back” to the woman I was before. But what I discovered is that you can’t go back — and you don’t need to.
The fog wasn’t the end of me. It was the beginning of who I was becoming.

Coaching + Credentials
Today, I’m a Life Transition Coach, currently completing my ICF ACC certification. I’ve also trained with ICF instructor Dr. Shiny in her NeuroShine Technology® program, which combines coaching mastery with NLP, alongside my own blend of intuitive coaching, mindfulness, somatic, and breathwork practices.
Out of my own journey, I created the ACRE Framework — a step-by-step process to help mamas move from emotional fog to clarity, confidence, and connection.
Along the way, I’ve:
-
Supported women 1:1 in navigating their motherhood identity shifts, helping them feel lighter, clearer, and more like themselves again
-
Created the free guide Name the Noise Within, which has already given mamas words for what they’ve been silently carrying
-
Been laying the foundation for my first group coaching program, Her Reclaimed, launching with a small founding circle this November.
I believe coaching isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about guiding you back to yourself, equipping you with tools that fit into real life, and helping you feel rooted in your identity as both a woman and a mama.

Why I Do This
I believe motherhood isn’t where your story ends — it’s where a new chapter begins.
My mission is simple:
I help mamas move through the fog of motherhood and reclaim their sense of self — so they can feel grounded, confident, and at home in who they are.
Because when a mama feels rooted in herself, that light ripples into her family, her community, and the world.

"I realized I’m not alone in my thoughts — and they do matter."

"Unpacking what mattered most — and breaking it into small steps — lifted a huge weight off my shoulders."
-Â Eileen Galan

"Within minutes, Michelle helped me unravel the spiral I was stuck in — and find clarity I didn’t know I needed."

If you’ve been nodding along to my story, feeling the fog in your own life — you don’t have to walk through it alone.
This November, I’m opening Her Reclaimed — a small, intimate group program for mamas ready to clear the fog and reclaim their sense of self.
