What You’ll Experience


This is a hands-on, experiential session for mothers, focused on nervous system regulation and body awareness. You’ll move through three gentle breathwork practices with short reflection moments after each, and see a live somatic coaching demonstration in action.

Breathwork Practices Included:

  • Icon Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) – balance your mind and energy
  • Icon Ocean Breath + Humming – stimulate your vagus nerve for calm
  • Icon Belly-to-Spine Full Exhale Breath – reset your nervous system and ground yourself

About Michi 

Hi mama, I’m Michi — a Life Transition Coach who supports women moving through the emotional fog and identity shifts of motherhood.
 
My own journey started the moment I became a mom. I cared for my babies with my whole heart… and still found myself feeling lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of who I was becoming.
 
I was grateful and grieving. Joyful and exhausted.
I didn’t feel like myself — and I didn’t know how to say it out loud.
 
Through my own healing, mindfulness work, and certification in life-transition coaching, I learned how to reconnect with myself piece by piece — and I now guide other mamas to do the same with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment.
 
My work is rooted in presence, intuition, emotional safety, and honoring your inner truth at your own pace.
